Postage Stamp Designs

Karen Horton's Postage Stamp Collection (displayed brilliantly through her StampDesigns Tumblr page) makes me freak out on a daily basis. For instance, she just posted this 1972 stamp from the Netherlands:

Incredible, right? I know. And Karen does her best to research the designer info and the date of each of her stamps; though at times, sadly, it can be a dead-end. But that often only adds more mysterious beauty to the stamp. It's a breathtaking around-the-world journey, which I've documented here on Words & Eggs a few times before (HERE, for example). Still, it's definitely worth repeating.
